Spring on the Beach

It’s about that time to dip way back into your closet to pull out all of your spring clothes. But don’t rush to store away your winter clothes just yet! Spring is the time to use those winter clothes to layer. Layer your favorite t-shirt dress with a flannel or your favorite blazer with a striped tee & some jeans. March and April can sometimes get a little chilly, so having that army green bomber still hanging in your closet can be a good thing to pair with some of your spring picks.

Let’s talk off the shoulder. Yes, the off-the-shoulder trend is STILL here, thank God! Pairing this top with skinnies & tennis shoes for the perfect every day look or throw on some heels for that perfect, casual night out look. Another one of our favorites that is continuing into spring from fall/winter is the bell sleeve. The bell-sleeve top gives a boho-beach feel to your outfit. Both of these tops make for a fun vacation look with their beachy, boho vibes.

Block heels, hoop earrings and bodysuits make for a perfect evening out. Pairing a bodysuit with just about anything & everything is always a go-to quick pick. Bodysuits are the perfect day-to-night piece because it makes it easy to throw on cropped, frayed skinnies & a kimono for your daytime look & throw on a pair of shorts & a red lip for a night out. Add on some hoop earrings and block heels and you’re ready for anything. Find block heels that pop. The block heel trend began taking off when designers were embellishing the shoes, making statement pieces.

Keep those hats! We’re all about the wide-brimmed hats in spring and summer. Wide-brimmed hats are perfect for a concert or strolling around the city at night. Don’t forget the beach hat! Beach hats are always a great add-on. Having them for the beach, (duh!) & having them by the pool can be perfect for when you’re getting a little too much sun on that beautiful face.  We love pairing our beach hats with wavy hair & our favorite tanning oil.
